The hydrocyclone filter is suitable for separating sand or heavier particles (stones, gravel,
dust, debris, etc.) from water coming from wells, rivers, ponds, and other water reservoirs. The incoming water's centrifugal force at high speed creates a vortex and causes the heavier particles to slide down, where they are collected in a container. To empty the container, simply open the drain valve.
