PROGRAMMABLE RAIN DELAY The programmable rain delay feature allows the user-specified number of days to keep the controller in OFF mode. This prevents watering in poor weather conditions and returns to automatic scheduled watering once the delay period has passed. QUICK CHECK™ QuickCheck feature allows easy assessment of field wire problems by pressing a button. QuickCheck displays an ERR message if a field wire short is detected for a specific station number. STANDALONE MEMORY This feature provides protection against unreliable power, saving current time, date, and program data. AUTOMATIC PROTECTION AGAINST SHORT CIRCUIT Automatic short circuit protection is a feature found in all Hunter low voltage controllers. This feature automatically detects electrical operation disturbances, typically caused by wire problems. Only the problematic stations are disconnected, allowing all other stations to water as programmed. SEASONAL ADJUSTMENT: GLOBAL OR AUTOMATIC UPDATES USING SOLAR SYNC This feature allows quick adjustment of watering operation time based on seasonal weather conditions. Global: The global option provides a percentage adjustment of the season for all station operation times across all controller programs. Daily: By adding the Solar Sync ET sensor, the controller can automatically implement daily adjustments based on measured local weather conditions. DELAY BETWEEN STATIONS Users can program a delay between stations as the controller transitions from one station to the next. This delay can range from a few seconds (to provide additional time for slow closing valves to close) to much longer periods (to ensure pressure tanks are charged), based on user requirements. SENSOR PROGRAMMING Option to specify which program will be turned off in response to a specific sensor alarm. This allows programs not affected by the sensor to continue automatic operations.
